Effective Date: 2 September 2026

1. Purpose

This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may request cancellation of KeyMathz online courses, tuition or other educational services. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may submit a cancellation request by contacting Support@keymathz.com or +60 16-295 3531. The request should include the customer’s name, order/booking reference, product or service, purchase date and reason for cancellation where relevant.

3. Before Service Commences

Where a course, class or other service has not commenced and no digital content has been accessed or delivered, KeyMathz may process a cancellation and refund according to the applicable product or booking terms, subject always to any statutory rights.

4. After Course or Digital Access Has Begun

A change-of-mind cancellation after access to a digital product, course or substantial part of a service has begun will not automatically qualify for a discretionary refund. This does not affect any statutory right or remedy that applies where the service fails to comply with guarantees or other requirements of Malaysian law.

5. Scheduled Online Classes

For scheduled online classes or tuition sessions, the cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed at booking apply. Where a statutory right to cancel applies because of a failure in the service, those statutory rights are preserved.

6. Cancellation by KeyMathz

KeyMathz may cancel or reschedule a class, course intake or service where reasonably necessary, including where a tutor becomes unavailable, a technical problem occurs or an event beyond reasonable control affects delivery. Where KeyMathz cancels a service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement or alternative, the customer will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling or refund, subject to applicable law.

7. Effect of Cancellation

Where a consumer has a statutory right to cancel a contract for services under applicable Malaysian law, the cancellation takes effect when the cancellation is communicated to the supplier, subject to the law. Any statutory refund or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Processing of Cancellation Requests

KeyMathz will acknowledge cancellation requests and review them based on the purchase record, service status, applicable product terms and Malaysian law. Where a refund is approved, KeyMathz will normally initiate the refund within 7 working days after approval; the actual time for funds to reach the customer may depend on the payment provider or bank.

9. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other applicable Malaysian law.
