1. Scope

KeyMathz primarily provides online educational services and digital learning products. This Policy replaces generic physical-product return wording and applies to online courses, online tuition/services, PDFs, e-books, worksheets, notes, examination materials and other digital educational resources offered through keymathz.com.

2. Digital Products

Because digital products may be delivered electronically, a change-of-mind request after the customer has received or accessed the digital content will not automatically qualify for a discretionary refund. However, statutory rights and remedies remain available where the digital product or service does not comply with applicable legal requirements or the description given at purchase.

3. Online Courses and Learning Services

Where a purchased course or learning service has not been supplied as described, is materially unavailable, or fails to comply with applicable statutory guarantees, KeyMathz will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, replacement access, rescheduling, cancellation or refund as required by law.

4. Online Tuition / Scheduled Services

If a scheduled online tuition or lesson service cannot be provided by KeyMathz, KeyMathz will normally offer rescheduling or another appropriate remedy. Where a statutory right to cancel and obtain a refund applies, the refund will be handled according to applicable law.

5. Technical Access Problems

If payment has been successfully completed but the customer cannot access the purchased course or digital material because of a technical problem attributable to KeyMathz, the customer should contact Support@keymathz.com. KeyMathz will first attempt to restore access. If the issue cannot reasonably be remedied and a refund is required or appropriate, KeyMathz will process the applicable remedy.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If a customer believes a transaction was duplicated or incorrectly charged, the customer should contact KeyMathz promptly with the transaction reference. KeyMathz will investigate and, where a duplicate charge is confirmed, arrange the appropriate refund.

7. Refunds for Unsuccessful Transactions

Where payment is unsuccessful but an amount has been temporarily held or charged by a payment provider, the customer may need to wait for the provider or bank to release the amount. KeyMathz will assist with transaction verification where reasonably possible.

8. How to Request a Refund

1. Email Support@keymathz.com with the order/booking reference.
2. State the product or service purchased and the date of purchase.
3. Explain the problem or reason for the request and provide relevant evidence where appropriate.
4. KeyMathz will review the request and communicate the outcome.

9. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. KeyMathz will normally initiate an approved refund within 7 working days, but bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

10. Statutory Consumer Remedies

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits statutory consumer rights. Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, services supplied to consumers carry statutory guarantees including reasonable care and skill, fitness for a particular purpose in applicable circumstances and completion within a reasonable time where no time is agreed. Where a service fails to comply, statutory remedies may apply, including requiring the failure to be remedied and, for a failure of substantial character, cancellation and related relief.

11. No Physical-Product Template

This Policy does not apply physical-product return requirements to a digital or online educational service merely because a generic e-commerce template contains such wording. If KeyMathz later sells physical products, the applicable product-specific return and delivery terms will be stated clearly before purchase.
